You can stop using the service, revoke social access, and request deletion of data held by us.
Revoke a social connection
Find QuantumGalaxy in the social platform’s app permissions or connected-app settings and revoke access. Subsequent publishing requests may fail; scheduled tasks do not become completed as a result. Also cancel schedules you no longer need.

Contact support below from your registered email with the subject “QuantumGalaxy data deletion”. State whether you want to delete your whole account or a specific workspace, connection, or media item. Provide only what is needed to identify the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or API secrets.
Verification and handling
We verify account ownership and confirm the scope before irreversible deletion. Shared workspaces may involve other members’ permissions; we first explain which data you control. We reply to the same email when complete or when more information is needed.
What deletion covers
This service handles its account records, connection credentials, drafts, and uploaded media. Content already published to a social platform must be handled there. Necessary security records, backups, or records required by applicable law may not be removed immediately; applicable limits will be explained in the response.
