From registration to publishing
Find the actual controls and review your account and content before publishing.
1. Create and verify your workspace
Enter a workspace name, email, and password on the registration page. Read the terms and privacy policy before submitting. Open the verification email and confirm the button. Verification is required before sign-in; the link is valid for 24 hours and works once.
2. Connect your social account
After signing in, open Calendar, select Add Channel, and choose a platform. Authorization opens on the platform in a separate window or tab. Check the account name and permissions. To add another account, switch accounts on the platform and authorize it separately. We do not collect your social passwords.
3. Upload original media
Select Create Post, choose a connected destination, and upload photos or videos from your device. Write the caption, review the preview, and check platform-specific settings. Only media you select is included in this post. Make sure you have the rights to the media and music.
4. Save a draft or confirm a publishing plan
Save a draft when the content is not ready. Before confirming publication, review the account, caption, visibility, and time. Available actions depend on platform permissions. For TikTok, uploading to the inbox and direct posting are different workflows.
5. Follow the result
Open the task in the calendar to follow its status. A scheduled task is not proof of public publication; the platform may still process or moderate the content. On failure, check the message, authorization, media requirements, and platform limits before retrying. Check for duplicates first.
6. Manage access and leave the service
You can revoke access on the social platform. To remove your QuantumGalaxy account or media, follow the data-deletion instructions. Revoking access or deleting this account does not automatically delete content already published on a social platform.
