1. Information we process

Registration email, workspace name, and password hash; authorized social account identifiers, profile pictures, tokens, and available statistics; uploaded media, captions, drafts, schedules, and publishing status; IP addresses, browser information, and service logs needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How information is used

To provide registration, sign-in, email verification, password recovery, account connections, publishing actions you request, result display, support, and abuse prevention. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers and transfers

The service runs on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. Resend processes recipient addresses and message content for verification and password-reset emails. When you connect or publish, relevant data is sent to the selected social platform. Providers may process data outside your region under their own policies.

4. Storage and access

Necessary sign-in cookies maintain sessions. Passwords are hashed and platform tokens are stored server-side. Uploaded media uses unguessable resource URLs that publishing platforms may need to retrieve; do not upload identity documents, passwords, or other confidential material. Your registration email may be held in browser session storage to assist verification retries.

5. Retention, revocation, and deletion

Account and content data is retained while providing the service until deletion or a valid deletion request. Operational logs, backups, and records required by law may remain longer. Revoke access at the social platform. Disconnecting an account does not delete published content there. Contact support for deletion or correction; we verify ownership and explain the scope.
